Supply Chain Administrator / Transport Administrator
Your Mission:
As Supply Chain Administrator at QIPC-EAE BV,
you are the lynchpin of our procurement and logistics process. You ensure flawless execution of procurement and transport processes and maintain close contact with our suppliers and logistics partners. With your administrative talent and eye for detail, you ensure that orders arrive on time and are dispatched correctly. Your positive energy is contagious within our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive professional to manage the planning and coordination of international transports, including air freight shipments. In this role, you will support the monitoring of orders based on demand and provide general administrative assistance, ensuring smooth daily operations. You will work closely with the warehouse, engineering, and project management departments to facilitate efficient logistics processes. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will actively seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and streamline operations.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor education level, with experience in supply chain or logistics being an advantage
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Experience in international transport is a plus
- Solution-oriented mindset with strong process oversight skills
- Fluency in both English and Dutch, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is an advantage
